New Association and Legal Representation for TSA Employees

The Transportation Security Officers Association, (TSOA) provides legal services created especially for TSA screeners.

For years, Transportation Security Officers, (TSOs) have often had to hire a lawyer at great personal expense to protect their interests.

The TSOA was built from the ground up to SUPPORT and PROTECT TSA screeners.

The TSOA provides lawyers and specialists to represent TSA screeners in all employment matters, a powerful legislative affairs staff to speak for screeners on the hill and an organization created to serve the interests of TSA screeners - and ONLY the interests of TSA screeners.

The current Collective Bargaining Agreement, (CBA) has allowed local managers to punish and retaliate against Officers, locking TSA screeners into systems of recourse where all decisions are handled in-house. The work group has NO VOICE to recommend meaningful changes and offer suggestions for improvements in security and efficiency.

The TSOA means to change all of that and it starts with your membership and a desire to fight for what is right for our work group.

The TSOA provides lawyers and specialists (not a volunteer with very little training) to represent you during disciplinary, grievance, OWCP, EEOC, disability retirement and legislative matters.

If you are unhappy with your current level of representation, make a change to the TSOA.

Membership dues are $20.00 per pay period (every two weeks).
